Returns Policy

NO RETURNS on custom items.

Returns must be new, unopened stock items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return.  Customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and be responsible for shipping both ways.  If your return lowers the original order to affect discount levels you will be charged at the higher unit price on the original order.

PV Labels will provide a shipping label if the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds should be received within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and its Territories.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you select the FREE SHIPPING option for orders that qualify, the shipping method used will be USPS Priority Mail and includes tracking.

Stock orders placed before 1:00 pm PST are normally ship same day.

Custom items generally ship in one to two business days, large custom orders may require additional time.

 * All delivery times may vary depending on location. The above times listed are a guideline not a guarantee, as the shipping carrier determines the actual delivery date. PV Labels is not liable for any delayed shipments due to shipping carrier delays or interruptions. Refunds will not be provided for delayed shipping. Tracking info is provided for all orders.

Multiple Orders In One Shipment: If you ask to have multiple orders shipped in one package, you will be charged $5.00 per order, plus the shipping charge on the bulk package.
