Returns Policy

No returns on custom items.

Returns are accepted only for new, unopened stock items purchased within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original outbound shipping cost (shipping both ways), and a 15% restocking fee will apply. If your return reduces the original order below a discount threshold, you will be charged the higher (non-discounted) unit price on the original order.

PV Labels will provide a prepaid return label if the return is the result of our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds are typically issued within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier, though many refunds are processed sooner. This timeframe includes: return transit time (5–10 business days), return processing time (3–5 business days), and bank processing time (5–10 business days).

To start a return, log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click Return Item(s). We’ll notify you by email once we’ve received and processed your return.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and its territories.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option selected. Depending on the carrier, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Item weights are listed on each product detail page. In accordance with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

If you select the FREE SHIPPING option for qualifying orders, shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking.

• Stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST typically ship the same day.
• Custom items generally ship within 1–2 business days. Large custom orders may require additional processing time.

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $199 ship free via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days)*.

Shipping Options

 *Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees. The carrier determines the actual delivery date. PV Labels is not liable for delays due to carrier interruptions or delays. Refunds will not be provided for delayed shipping. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Multiple Orders in One Shipment: If you request multiple orders be shipped together in one package, you will be charged $5.00 per order, plus the shipping charge for the combined package.

Heavy / Freight Shipping Notice: Some higher-weight or oversized orders may require a manual freight quote and may not be eligible for instant online shipping rates at checkout. In these cases, UPS shipping options may not display online. You may request a quote prior to placing your order, or we may contact you after the order is placed with the best available shipping options and pricing.
